By downloading, installing, or using Nuvra LogicLens ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms apply to the Android release of Nuvra LogicLens developed and published by Rynexon ("we", "us", "our").
Subject to these Terms, Rynexon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on any Android device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
The Vault feature encrypts files with AES-256-GCM using keys bound to your device's Android Keystore. We have no ability to recover vault contents if you lose access to your device, reset your device, or are unable to authenticate with biometrics.
You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your device and for keeping backups of any files you import into the Vault. Vault encryption keys are derived from credentials stored in the Android Keystore; Rynexon has no access to these keys and cannot assist with Vault recovery.
The App may permanently delete files from your device when you explicitly confirm a deletion action. Deleted files may not be recoverable. Always review selections carefully before confirming a deletion. You are solely responsible for confirming that you wish to delete a file before approving any deletion prompt.
The Metadata Scrubber feature modifies file metadata in-place. We recommend keeping original copies of important files before using this feature. We are not liable for data loss resulting from use of deletion or scrubbing features.
The App's AI-powered features — duplicate detection, quality analysis, metadata auditing, and Smart Cleanup Rules matching — operate entirely on-device and are provided for informational purposes. Analysis results are probabilistic and may not be 100% accurate. Always verify before deleting or archiving files based on App recommendations.
Smart Cleanup Rules apply configurable criteria (age, size, blur score, etc.) to your most recent scan results and stage matching files for your review before any deletion. No file is deleted without your explicit confirmation.
Strict Mode permanently wipes all Vault contents after a configurable number of consecutive failed unlock attempts. Once triggered, this action is irreversible. Rynexon cannot recover Vault data after a Strict Mode wipe.
The Decoy Vault presents a separate, independently encrypted vault space when a designated decoy PIN is used. You are solely responsible for the configuration and security of both your real and decoy vault credentials.
These features are offered as-is. Rynexon shall not be liable for data loss arising from Strict Mode activation or from misuse of the Decoy Vault.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. AI-powered analysis results are provided for guidance only and may not be 100% accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rynexon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (or, if the App was free, zero).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
Rynexon may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published at rynexon.com/nuvra/terms-and-conditions.html with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
